Our son is getting married this Saturday. Our daughter Amanda is thrilled to be a bridesmaid for the first time. A bridesmaid dropped out so Amanda was asked the end of August to fill in. We went to David's Bridal to get her dress ordered. They didn't have her size. The only one they had closest to her size was in Georgia's David Bridal and unfortunately, 2 sizes too big. It's been altered and sharing the picture of Amanda wearing it. Our two granddaughters Elena and Lila will be flower girls. Our grandson Dillon will be a junior groomsman and Carmellia will be a junior bridesmaid. Camellia is the bride's daughter and the same age as Dillon.
I had to order several dresses before I decided on one. And I love my navy blue sparkly dress! Shoes have been a problem with getting the right size. I looked in many stores but couldn't find any navy blue with low heels. I have to have a little extra height in shoes because I didn't want to get dress altered. Why do I have to be so short? haha I even ordered a size 10 petite and still too long with flats. It seems like the stores aren't carrying as many shoes to try on, so I ordered shoes online from Macy's, Kohl's and Amazon. I have a pair now. I wish they made more rounded toe shoes for women with wide feet.
