Last week was extremely busy! I watched our youngest granddaughter Lila on Tuesday and Thursday! She is so cute! On Wednesday, I had my IV infusion. I talked with my agent Lesley in the afternoon about having an Amish series to submit. It wasn't probably the best time because I dozed off when she called me. My iPhone's speaker doesn't work, so it doesn't ring now. I really need to see about getting it fixed. I was drugged after my medication infusion, but wanted to talk with her about my writing career. I wrote blurbs for the next two books and emailed them to Lesley last week. Lesley is submitting my book The Amish Mother's Secret (original title was Her Mother's Deception) plus two blurbs for next books in series soon to editors/publishers. Say a prayer that I get a contract. I'm excited and hope my next books will be available for my readers in the near future.
Amanda and Sara had a respite weekend, so they got a break from us. lol And we got a needed break! On Sunday we picked them up and went to church at St. Thomas More, then had lunch at McDonald's, and took Amanda to her Snapdragon bowling party. Her basketball season has ended. I'm posting a picture of Amanda with her wonderful basketball coach, Mark.
