Progress on Book 3!

5/15/2014

I just finished 7 weeks at my seasonal job. I scored tests for Pennsylvania Reading!  I have a long commute - it's 32 miles one way so a bit stressful, especially when there is an accident on interstate, which is what happened a previous morning. I left at 6:45 a.m. and arrived at my scoring center at 8:07. I have two weeks home before the next project, which will be for Washington.

I'm happy that I FINISHED Chapter 22, and I only have one more chapter to write for FLEETING HOPE! It will be my third book in my Dreams of Plain Daughters Series!
I'm hoping to get it to one of my editors by the end of this week!
I started proofreading the whole manuscript!

Will post an excerpt soon of Book 3 for my readers' patience. I appreciate the kind emails I have received asking when Book 3 will be available! I hope to get Book 4 started in June and published before the end of the year. Then Books 5 and 6 will be published in 2015!

Be sure to visit NEXT WEEK for my AMISH WEEK GIVEAWAYS! More about it in a couple of days!

Have a blessed day, everyone!!!!

I'd pick Rachael in A Joyful Break. She went through so many struggles and so much stress in her Amish life and still found her way though it to be happy and settled in the life she has choses.

Thanks for visiting, Barbara! I'm glad you like Rachel - I enjoyed writing about this character in my Amish series. Have a fun day!

I would have to say, Judith. i do like cooking, but like her it doesn't always come out right. and i think it is inspirational of all the things she can do. i just wish i could learn to sew and make clothes as well.

Hi Jodi,
I'm glad you chose Judith! She was feeling neglected with others choosing Rachel! Thanks for visiting my blog. Have a great evening!
