I turned the marvelous age of 75 on Thursday, Nov. 21st! I decided to plan a party when I hadn't heard any mention of a celebration! I had fun doing it myself. I got the cake at Kroger's and it was delicious! My daughter Emily ordered decorations for me that I picked out and she paid for the cake too. We went to a nearby Mexican restaurant and we came back for cake and ice cream at our house. So much Fun! My wonderful husband paid for all 15 of us to eat there! Christina got me a candle with 1949 on it, a memory book for Tom, all the kids and grandkids to sign and a picture frame for me to insert my birthday picture in. April got me flowers and gift cards. I got a balloon and card from Amanda and Sara. A restaurant card from Bart and his family! Lots of hugs and text messages throughout the day. They spoiled me! At the restaurant, they sang Happy Birthday to me. I also got whipped cream in my face when the server brought me a dessert. I couldn't believe he did that and I wore a sombrero during song.
