Happy Halloween!

Our weather is nice today. It should go up to 67 degrees. And we get our hour back this weekend. I love having the extra hour. The only problem is it’ll get dark earlier in the evening.

Marianne Arkins has a fun and free story to read for Halloween on The Long and the Short of It site.

NEAT GIVEAWAYS:

Faith Bicknell-Brown is giving away a free professional edit up to 5,000 words, which is roughly the equivalent of two normal chapters or three shorter ones. (Find out more about Faith’s editing services and her rates at the Editing Services page on her website.) Click on her name to read about this prize and a book giveaway. You just have to email her answers to a few questions. Faith is a published author and an editor. She writes multi-genre tales, but is focusing on paranormal fiction.

I’ll be drawing a name this evening from the comments left during October, and the winner gets to choose a free download of one of my Samhain books.

I went this morning to Kroger’s to print some pictures from my digital camera. I have over 300 on my camera because I’ve never printed them. I got the camera for Christmas in 2006. I can’t believe I’m so far behind on printing and getting them in a photo album. And before I got my digital camera, I got behind in organizing those photos so have years to cover.

Amanda has a cold but I’m sure she’ll still want dress up for Halloween and go to a few friends’ houses. I told her this will be the last time since she’s in her senior year of high school.

I upload my pix to Kodakgallery.com and buy my photos online. It’s so much easier, lol.

    Happy Halloween!

I had to go to Kroger’s anyhow and it was easy for me to do it there this time. I’ll check out Kodakgallery.com sometime though - thanks for the tip, Marianne. I actually have a Kodak dock printer, too, but it takes longer.

    Great blog! Thanks
